1.3. You or User refers to individuals or organizations utilizing Finviet’s Platforms for their needs, including but not limited to buyers, sellers, suppliers, and partners.
1.4. Personal Data is information in the form of symbols, writings, numbers, images, sounds, or similar forms on electronic media associated with a specific individual or capable of identifying a specific individual.
1.5. Personal Data Processing refers to one or more activities impacting personal data, such as collection, recording, analysis, verification, storage, modification, disclosure, combination, access, retrieval, encryption, decryption, copying, sharing, transfer, provision, deletion, or destruction of personal data, or any related actions.
1.6. Personal Data Controller refers to an organization or individual that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
1.7. Personal Data Controller and Processor refers to an organization or individual that determines the purpose and means of processing and directly processes personal data.

Within the scope of this Policy, Finviet acts as the Personal Data Controller and/or Personal Data Controller and Processor. Finviet may process your personal data for the following purposes:

2.5. For legal purposes, such as investigating and resolving disputes or complying with legal requirements.
2.6. Marketing and promotions for Finviet and partners, including sending you updates, promotional materials, invitations, and managing your participation in events or activities.
